Our assessments take a whole-house approach to identify the best options for energy efficiency measures. Our team of surveyors conduct in-depth assessments that include a physical analysis of the property, RdSAP, ventilation, condition, and heritage surveys.
Our surveyors are fully qualified to ABBE Level 3 in Energy Efficiency Assessment for Older and Traditional Buildings. We also offer air tightness testing to assess the level of draftiness in a property and recommend the appropriate ventilation strategies.
We collaborate with installers, local authorities, housing associations, landlords, letting agents, estate agents, and the general public to bring the best possible solutions to our clients.
In addition to working with individual properties, we also assist clients in obtaining funding for their projects through Energy Companies Obligation Funding (ECO), Local Authority Delivery Funding (LAD), and the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).
