Eco Target provides comprehensive Retrofit Evaluation services, either as part of a comprehensive retrofit package or as a standalone service, in line with PAS 2035 standards.
Our team of skilled evaluators gather information from clients, installers, and property occupants to ensure that the retrofit project meets its intended goals and objectives.
We offer three levels of evaluation: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. The basic evaluation takes place within three months of the retrofit completion and involves a measure-specific questionnaire for property occupants to confirm if the expected outcomes have been achieved and to raise any concerns.
Intermediate evaluation is conducted if the basic evaluation reveals significant discrepancies between the original proposal and actual performance, and the advanced evaluation is carried out if further investigation is needed to resolve any issues.
Our retrofit evaluation services may also include air tightness tests, fuel use metering, and thermographic surveys, depending on the level of evaluation required. The evaluator then compiles the results and makes recommendations for any necessary remedial actions, which are shared with all parties involved in the retrofit process.
